Education Qualification
- ITI, Diploma, Graduate
- ITI in Electrician Trade (Full Time course).
- Full Time (3 years course) – Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Full Time (3 years course) – Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Full Time (4 years course) – B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical Engineering.
- Full Time (4 years course) – B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Civil Engineering.
- MBA (HR) / Post Graduate Diploma in Personal Management / PM & IR (2 years full time) or equivalent.
- Graduate Degree in any discipline and Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) (minimum 03 years professional course) / 05 years integrated LLB Degree (professional).
- B.A. (Hindi) with proficient knowledge of English Language.

Pay Scale / Stipend
- Electrician: ₹13,500/-
- Diploma (Electrical): ₹15,000/-
- Diploma (Civil): ₹15,000/-
- Graduate (Electrical): ₹17,500/-
- Graduate (Civil): ₹17,500/-
- HR Executive – POWERGRID: ₹17,500/-
- Executive- Law: ₹17,500/-
- Rajbhasha Assistant: ₹17,500/-
